Shipping Policy

After an order is placed, please allow 2-3 business days to be shipped.
All orders will be shipped via USPS.
We offer complimentary shipping on ALL US orders.
International shipping is a flat rate of $15 regardless of Country.
Most orders will be shipped via USPS Priority or First Class for items weighing less than 15oz.
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
Although we will always try our best to ship your order within 2-3 business days, please allow additional 5-7 business days during high-volume periods.

If for some reason, you feel like you may have gotten a defective product, please contact our customer care team immediately, as we will be in communication with you to accommodate the issues as smoothly as possible.
Items must be in new condition.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number to initiate the return/exchange process.
All returns must be pre-authorized by our customer service representative.
Returns are free within the U.S. You will receive a prepaid shipping label from a customer service representative.
We do not cover the cost of international returns.
Please include your original invoice with return shipping.
